All supplies will be provided by Bemis Farm Nursery. Drive up to Charlton Middle School and our DCEF Board will happily provide you with your Kit. Take home and create a beautiful Fall Porch Pot. All proceeds will go towards grants that inspire innovative educational and enrichment programs. (Photo is only an example of a completed pot, your pot will be a unique arrangement of your own and may differ.)
