Our DCRSD Heroes

In one word, Ms. Detarando is AMAZING. She truly has a passion for teaching and genuinely cares about each and every one of her students. Even in a classroom of 20+ students she has made my daughter, Ava, feel appreciated. She expects her students to work hard and she has a firm but fair way of getting those results. She has created such a fantastic learning environment and I could not be happier that my daughter was placed in her class. She will be a teacher that both my daughter and myself remember forever. And for that, I am truly thankful.
