Purchase a porch pot below and then pick it up on Wednesday\, May 7th between 5p-6:30p. \nAll supplies will be provided by Bemis Farm Nursery. Drive up to Charlton Middle School and our DCEF Board will happily provide you with your Kit. Take home and create a beautiful Spring Porch Pot. All proceeds will go towards grants that inspire innovative educational and enrichment programs.
