Purchase a porch pot below and then pick it up on Thursday\, May 9th between 5p-6:30p. \nAll supplies will be provided by Bemis Farm Nursery. Drive up to Charlton Middle School and our DCEF Board will happily provide you with your Kit. Take home and create a beautiful Spring Porch Pot. All proceeds will go towards grants that inspire innovative educational and enrichment programs. (Photo is only an example of a completed pot\, your pot will be a unique arrangement of your own and may differ.) \nPorch pot sales now closed. If you purchased\, we will see you on Thursday\, May 9th between 5 and 6:30pm at Charlton Middle School.
